Tickets purchased online are NEVER SHIPPED under any circumstances. Ticket purchase does not guarantee admission. You MUST show up wearing fetish or themed attire. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Tickets that are purchased online are WILL CALL and can only be redeemed by the person who purchased the tickets. When collecting tickets at Will Call you will be asked to present your credit card and Identification to match your ticket order and you will be asked for your signature to release your tickets. Tickets purchased online cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances!

If you miss the event or failed to follow dresscode, then you missed the chance to see your money’s worth, since our events are no different from a Sporting Event, Concert and or a Show! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. OUR EVENTS WILL GO ON RAIN OR SHINE.

We start the Hotel booking process chronologically in the order in which the All Access Pass tickets were purchased.

All Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

ALL ACCESS PASS CURRENT PRICE TIER IS $360 PLUS $5 TICKET FEE INCLUDED UPON SELECTION

• $5 Ticket Fee added in the total price of the ticket

DO NOT TRY TO BOOK YOURSELF- YOU WILL BE KICKED TO THE BOTTOM OF OUR RESERVATION LIST RISKING TO NOT GETTING ANY ACCOMODATIONS

• 4 CORE Nights booking minimum.
• One night non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking
• Special Group night rate : $179/NIGHT
• Hotel deal is a PRE-PAY NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS
• All remaining nights will be automatically charged at the end of February 2024.
• Hotel may allow extended stays before and after at the same rate.
• NO STATUS! It is impossible to use your status to book with points or to have early or late checkouts. By FF Hotel Takeover Contract everyone is equal. You DO receive Marriott Bonvoy points for your stay!
• MANDATORY 5 STAR SURVEY FEEDBACK. If you experienced any issues throughout your stay you must contact Fetish Factory immediately. Complaints should never be reflected in the Hotel survey.
