Tickets purchased online are never shipped but held AT WILL CALL at the door of the event and are available from when the event opens until the end.
Tickets purchased online are NEVER SHIPPED under any circumstances. Ticket purchase does not guarantee admission. You MUST show up wearing fetish or themed attire. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tickets that are purchased online are WILL CALL and can only be redeemed by the person who purchased the tickets. When collecting tickets at Will Call you will be asked to present your credit card and Identification to match your ticket order and you will be asked for your signature to release your tickets. Tickets purchased online cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances!
If you miss the event or failed to follow dresscode, then you missed the chance to see your money’s worth, since our events are no different from a Sporting Event, Concert and or a Show! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. OUR EVENTS WILL GO ON RAIN OR SHINE.

That’s right: Fetish Factory was founded in 1995, and we’re going back to those early days with our Alter EGO 1995 Fetish Party! It’s happening at Aquaplex on Saturday, May 9th from 10pm to 3am. We’re gonna party like there’s no social media to record our mistakes, and the DJs will do their best to spin tracks that will take you back.
