Tickets purchased online are never shipped but held AT WILL CALL at the door of the event and are available from when the event opens until the end.
Tickets purchased online are NEVER SHIPPED under any circumstances. Ticket purchase does not guarantee admission. You MUST show up wearing fetish or themed attire. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tickets that are purchased online are WILL CALL and can only be redeemed by the person who purchased the tickets. When collecting tickets at Will Call you will be asked to present your credit card and Identification to match your ticket order and you will be asked for your signature to release your tickets. Tickets purchased online cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances!
If you miss the event or failed to follow dresscode, then you missed the chance to see your money’s worth, since our events are no different from a Sporting Event, Concert and or a Show! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. OUR EVENTS WILL GO ON RAIN OR SHINE.

We wouldn’t think of letting 2025 pass without throwing an XFP event, so GET READY ALL YOU EXTREME PLAYERS because our Xtreme Fetish Party is BACK! You all keep asking for it–the hardcore outlet that’s a safe, play-centric event where you’re free to experience and witness true fetish–and these type of events only come around once a year. Let’s get it started with wild and wanton dancers working and winding their bodies to the beats and tracks spun by our talented DJs. This event is an intimate, limited-admissions, hardcore fetish play event…so don’t get left out: join our XFP Fetlife group to get started!
PROFILE VETTING:
- You need to have an ACTIVE Fetlife account; your account will be judged in the vetting process.
- Be sure that you have at least 3-4 photos in fetish theme. We are expecting to see photos of you in fetish fashion/gear or engaging in BDSM play (solo or partnered).
- We ignore your partners with single profiles unless you are in focus in the photos. We ignore all of your play partners if you are not the major focus of the photos. We know Fetlife does not care, but we have tunnel vision and we make NO Exceptions.
- If you have a couple’s profile BOTH partners need the above. We ignore vanilla photos (food, scenery, etc.) and memes! If you both do not have provocative photos this event is NOT for you!
Here’s how to get in to the XFP Fetlife group:
- Join the official XFP FetLife group: https://fetlife.com/groups/331285 This group is the first gate. Only members inside the group can buy a ticket.
- Wait for admin approval: We review every profile for authenticity, consent culture, and vibe. Your profile must have at least 4 photos of yourself in fetish attire or engaged in BDSM play to show dress code understanding. (Being in this group does not guarantee admission — you must buy your ticket before they sell out.)
- Buy your ticket: Tickets sold only at the Fetish Factory showroom (1 per person. Couple profiles must provide info for both people.)
Online tickets will be released on a case-by-case basis for community members who are traveling.
If there are any tickets left to be sold online during the week of the event:
— You MUST complete the vetting process on FetLife
— Then make a request for a private purchase link.
— Requests must be made via email and take up to 24 hours for a response.

IMPORTANT
The location of the event will not be made public. Only approved members inside the private XFP groups will receive the broadcast of the location on the day of the event.
