Tickets purchased online are NEVER SHIPPED under any circumstances. Ticket purchase does not guarantee admission. You MUST show up wearing fetish or themed attire. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tickets that are purchased online are WILL CALL and can only be redeemed by the person who purchased the tickets. When collecting tickets at Will Call you will be asked to present your credit card and Identification to match your ticket order and you will be asked for your signature to release your tickets. Tickets purchased online cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances!
If you miss the event or failed to follow dresscode, then you missed the chance to see your money’s worth, since our events are no different from a Sporting Event, Concert and or a Show! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. OUR EVENTS WILL GO ON RAIN OR SHINE.

Now through September 30th, we’re bringing the full force of the FF community together to raise funds for a cause that truly matters: Cats Exclusive, a South Florida non-profit no-kill sanctuary devoted to rescuing, sheltering, and providing veterinary care for cats in need. Their mission is to give refuge, treatment, and love while helping them find forever homes. Every dollar raised goes directly to Cats Exclusive to support their rescue, fostering, and veterinary services. Together we can help our feline friends and the heroes who dedicate their lives to protecting them, so please donate, share, and help us give South Florida’s cats the love and care they deserve.
